For well over a decade, Jay Forster and Calvin Ho have been well known figures in Hong Kong, contributing to the city’s design and dance music scenes.
Jay is a co-founder of Clockenflap music festival, but for years he made a name for himself as part of the DJ duo Robot, and as founder of the creative shop, Salon de Pigeon.
Calvin Ho is also multi-talented. He is the founder of design firm Atomic Attack and a well known illustrator. Previously he djed underground events as Kid Cal, ran an influential record store in Causeway Bay, and started Chalk Magazine.
Catflap opens at The Space in Sheung Wan on Friday, November 2nd, featuring new artwork by Jay Forster, Calvin Ho, Sasha O, and Billy Bob.
Expect a show filled with fun, complex illustrations, with a strong turnout by Hong Kong’s creative community, plus a few surprises!
