The Hong Kong Reggae scene has been expanding recently, and this Saturday marks the return of True Skool’s Rooftop Reggae party. Dormant for the last six months, the party is set to take over the rooftop of Star Ferry Pier once again for a night of Dancehall and Hip Hop beats.
